Afikim Electric Vehicles hereby warrants, guarantees, and undertakes responsibility to replace, free of charge, any defective parts or items found upon examination by an authorized representative of Afikim Electric Vehicles to be defective in material and/or workmanship according to the following policy:

• Lifetime Warranty: For the lifetime of the product from the date of delivery, Afikim Electric Vehicles will replace, free of charge, any of the following metal parts: Main Frame, Seat Post, and Tiller Metal Parts.
• Two-Year Warranty: For two (2) years from the date of delivery, Afikim Electric Vehicles will replace, free of charge, any of the following parts: Power Unit (Motor, Transaxle, and EMB), Controller, Charger, Harnesses, Electronic sub-assemblies (including Boards, Sensors, Switches, Potentiometer, Fuses), Gas piston, and Brakes.
• One-Year Warranty: For one (1) year from the date of delivery, Afikim Electric Vehicles will replace, free of charge, any of the following parts: Bearings, Bushings, Shock Absorbers, and Seat.

Warranty Exclusions:
This warranty does not extend to items that may require replacement due to normal wear and tear, such as Plastic Shrouds, Motor Brushes, Brake Pads, Tires and Tubes, Bulbs & Lights, Upholstery, Rust, Noises, and/or circumstances beyond the control of the manufacturer.

Return Policy Overview:

• Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns.
• Return Shipping: You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
• Condition of Return: The product must be new, unused, and in its original packaging. All accessories and items included in the original box must be returned.
• Cancellation After Shipment: If you cancel an order after it has shipped, it will be treated as a return.
• Non-Refundable Fees: Delivery and service fees are non-refundable.
• Non-Returnable Items:
• Return Authorization (RA): You must request an RA from Mobile and Active within 30 days of delivery. The item must be shipped back to the address provided on the RA within 15 days.
• Refund Processing: Once the return is approved, a refund minus any restocking and freight fees will be issued to your original form of payment.
