Return and Refund Policy
Cancellations & Refunds: At Mobile & Active, we take pride in offering industry-leading return policies. You can cancel your order free of charge before it ships, except for custom orders (see below).

Cancellations (Before Order Ships): Contact us as soon as possible to cancel an order and receive a full refund before it leaves the warehouse. Reach our agents during business hours at (307) 317-1216, through the chat in the bottom right, or via email at sales@mobileandactive.com.
Cancellations of Custom Orders: Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded as they are tailored to your specifications. Brands like AmeriGlide fall under this category. If unsure, contact us to confirm.
All sales are final for custom-made and made-to-order products.
Refunds and Returns: You may exchange your product, but you are responsible for shipping costs. Due to rising LTL/freight shipping costs, returns will incur a 25% cancellation fee + return shipping costs. For replacements, we may assist with some costs based on the product.
Shipping Times: We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days, with delivery within 5-7 business days. Order delays beyond our control may occur; we appreciate your patience.
Please Read the Following: When purchasing from Mobile & Active, you acknowledge the Exchange Agreement:
- Inspect the package upon delivery.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Products must be returned unopened and unused, with a possible restocking fee.
- No full refund if the order has left the warehouse.
Damages: Inspect items upon delivery; report damages within 24 hours for a valid claim. Send photos and details to [email] for processing.
Warranty: Warranties vary by manufacturer; see product pages for details. Report damages upon arrival within 30 days.
Returns: Customers bear return shipping charges or re-consignment fees caused by customer error. Return windows vary but are typically around 30 days from receipt of shipment.
BOGO Promotions: In a BOGO promotion, both items must be returned for a full refund. Partial returns may result in a replacement or store credit. Refunds go to the original credit card. Check product pages for details.
Chargebacks: Our team is ready to assist. Fraudulent chargebacks are considered theft. Contact us for issue resolution; avoid unnecessary chargebacks. Thank you for shopping with us!
